Last night I had the chance to see "Pina" by Wim Wenders, a film about the work of choreographer Pina Bausch and the Tanztheater Wuppertal. It was a revelatory exploration of her her work, filmed out of context in various landscapes, alongside scenes from her famous works such as "Vollmund." The 3D techniques used and developed by Wim Wenders for this film are magical, just as Pina's work was magical. This is a perfect intertwining of two art forms, creating something truly moving, memorable and exhilarating. Run, sashay, or leap to the theatre to see this. http://www.pina-film.de/en/
