Chariots on Fire will charge sales tax at a rate of 8.75% for purchases shipped to any location in California. The rate of sales tax imposed will be that of Los Angeles County, California, currently 8.75%.
Although you may be exempt from California sales tax, you may be responsible for USE tax in your state and or Duties imposed by your country. We are not able to provide you with calculations of these fees as they are determined by the regulators in your State or Country.
Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped outside of California.
Wholesales located in California must provide a resale number to Chariots on Fire prior to placing an order at shop@chariotsonfire.com
Gift certificates are treated as cash thus are not tangible property and are exempt from sales tax.
